understanding and cultural and artistic cooperation with the Kuwait Society for
Fine Arts, in
implementation of the Kuwaiti government's vision of developing joint
cooperation between sectors of
civil society with all its cultural and artistic bodies and institutions.
To that, the spokesman for the National Council for Culture, Arts and Letters,
Dr. Issa Al-Ansari
said that the signing of the MoUs comes in implementation of the directions of
the Minister of
Information and Culture and the Minister of State for Youth Affairs Abdul Rahman
Al-Mutairi to
strengthen the community partnership with the relevant authorities in cultural,
artistic and
heritage affairs and support all artistic schools for pioneer and youth artists

After the signing ceremony was completed, the Secretary-General of the National
Council for Culture,
Arts and Literature Kamel Al-Abd Al-Jalil said: It is a happy occasion that I

leadership of the General Secretariat of the Council and all its employees to
sign the Memorandum of
Understanding and cooperation with the Kuwait Society for Fine Arts, which will
