Today, Sunday, the National Council for Culture, Arts and Literature signed a memorandum of
understanding and cultural and artistic cooperation with the Kuwait Society for Fine Arts, in
implementation of the Kuwaiti government's vision of developing joint cooperation between sectors of
civil society with all its cultural and artistic bodies and institutions.</p>
