said that the signing of the MoUs comes in implementation of the directions of the Minister of
Information and Culture and the Minister of State for Youth Affairs Abdul Rahman Al-Mutairi to
strengthen the community partnership with the relevant authorities in cultural, artistic and

After the signing ceremony was completed, the Secretary-General of the National Council for Culture,
Arts and Literature Kamel Al-Abd Al-Jalil said: It is a happy occasion that I deputize the
leadership of the General Secretariat of the Council and all its employees to sign the Memorandum of
Understanding and cooperation with the Kuwait Society for Fine Arts, which will undoubtedly
contribute to everything that would enhance the goals and objectives of the two parties Shared in
